We want to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible! Here's everything you need to know when booking with Cool Kind Nails:

📲 Booking Details

All appointments must be booked online through our secure booking system.

Appointments open 90 days in advance.

💳 Securing Your Appointment

All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file at the time of booking.

If you don’t have a card or prefer not to store one, please reach out — we’re happy to arrange a deposit instead.

Your appointment is not confirmed until a card is added or a deposit is received.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total.

These fees are automatically charged to the card on file.

If no card is on file, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance must be paid before rebooking..

🕒 Running Late?

We allow a 15-minute grace period whenever possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and you will still be charged in full.

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service without feeling rushed.

⭐ Service Expectations

Please make sure to book enough nail art time for the design you’re requesting. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, nail art is only guaranteed when booked in advance.

We also recommend giving yourself extra time — services may occasionally run longer than expected.

❤️ Health and Safety

If you’re feeling unwell (fever, flu, cold, or other contagious illness), we kindly ask that you reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse service to protect the health of our team and clients.

Although rare, we may decline service in cases of open skin, infections, or visible health/safety concerns. If you're unsure, please reach out first!

❤️‍🩹 Kindness and Respect

It’s in our name. We are a safe, inclusive, and affirming space.

Disrespectful, discriminatory, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

💅 Nail Fixes (72-Hour Guarantee)

We offer a 72-hour guarantee on all nail services.

Fixes are free within 3 days of your appointment and must be scheduled within 7 days.

After this window, repairs start at $10+.

💰 Payments

Pricing may vary based on design complexity or add-on services — but don’t worry, we’ll always confirm any pricing changes with you beforehand.

We accept credit, debit, e-transfer, and cash.

💸 Refunds

We do not offer refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with your service, please let us know as soon as possible — we want to do everything we can to make it right. 💗
